Product Overview
Precautions for use of the 316L Stainless Steel Sintered Sensor Probe:
1. Greenhouse
Each shed is arranged with 4 temperature sensors (at both ends of the center), and the humidity sensors are uniformly 1.2–1.5m away from the ground
The sprinkler irrigation area needs to be elevated and installed or a split sensor should be selected to avoid water splashing errors
2. Slope/special terrain
Avoid depressions and bumpy slopes and choose flat areas (slope ≤5°)
Cohesive soils (clay >45%) require increased calibration frequency
3. Contraindicated location
❌ Water accumulation area: low-lying areas are prone to electrolytic corrosion of the probe
❌ Direct sunlight: Surface temperature distortion affects shallow humidity measurement
❌ Ventilation dead spots: Stagnation of airflow leads to lag in temperature and humidity data
4. ❗ Key Verification:
Ground resistance ≤30Ω is measured after installation to ensure signal stability
Through scientific deployment, data accuracy can be improved and sensor life can be extended
