The 316L sintered stainless steel tube is a high-performance filtration component. It’s manufactured through advanced powder metallurgy sintering and made from premium 316L stainless steel powder.
Wide temperature range adaptation
The temperature range is -200°C to 650°C (instantaneous resistance to 900°C), suitable for molten polymer filtration, liquid nitrogen treatment, and other scenarios
Strong corrosion resistance
316L stainless steel material resists strong acid, strong alkali, and seawater erosion, and increases the life of chemical media by 30%
Ultra-high mechanical strength
The compressive strength is ≥ 30 MPa, which can withstand high-pressure impact and fluid fatigue, reducing the risk of deformation failure.

Low current resistance and high throughput
The porosity is adjustable from 28%–50% to balance the dirt holding capacity with the flow demand and reduce energy loss.
