Product Overview
Copper powder sintered disc sheet is a porous functional material formed by high-temperature pressing and sintering of copper-based powder as raw material, and its core characteristics are as follows:
1. Controllable pore structure
A uniform microporous network (porosity 5.4%-5.6%) is formed inside, with a pore size range of 1-120 microns, which has both high air permeability and filtration accuracy. Pore morphology can be precisely controlled by powder particle size (D50 value 10-150 μm) and sintering parameters.
2. Composite material strengthening
Alloying element enhancement: Zinc (10%-30%), manganese, aluminum and other elements are added to form solution strengthening, and the yield strength of 70Cu-30Zn formula reaches 207MPa
Diffusion strengthening: The addition of 3wt% iron powder can increase the lateral fracture strength to 440MPa, and manganese dioxide particles (0.4%-1.0%) optimize the cutting performance
Rare earth modification: cerium/lanthanum element refined grain (average size < 50μm), strength increased by 15% compared with cast forged brass
