1. Raw materials: QSn8-3 tin bronze powder (containing 8-3% tin, remaining copper) or pure copper powder, spherical particles account for ≥90% to ensure uniform pores.
Process: Loose sintering method, sintered at high temperature in a reducing atmosphere, the temperature is strictly controlled within the range below the melting point of the main components.
2. Physical properties
Filtration accuracy: 1-100 microns (can be customized 0.2-100 microns), the accuracy is related to the number of powder mesh, the larger the mesh, the higher the accuracy.
Porosity: 28%-50%, the pores are uniform and smooth, and the initial resistance is small.
Density: 5.0-6.5 g/cm³ (take 100 micron precision filter as an example).
Mechanical strength: shear strength ≥ 40MPa, compressive breaking strength ≥2MPa.
