Product Overview
Stainless steel aeration stone is an aeration equipment made of 316 stainless steel, mainly used in water treatment, aquaculture and other fields to increase the dissolved oxygen content of water by releasing tiny bubbles. Its core features and applications are as follows:
Strong corrosion resistance
Stainless steel materials (such as 304/316L grade) can withstand ozone, chemical agents and corrosion of high-salinity water bodies, making them suitable for harsh environments such as sewage treatment and mariculture
Efficient oxygen transfer
Fine bubbles are generated through the microporous structure (pore size <2mm), which greatly increases the gas-liquid contact area and improves the oxygen dissolution efficiency (oxygen utilization rate reaches 27%-38%)
Diversified interface design
It supports a variety of connection methods such as 4-point/6-minute outer wire interface and Φ8 pagoda head, and is suitable for different air supply pipelines
The structure is stable and durable
It adopts a flat or ball crown design, with a stainless steel support frame, which has strong resistance to deformation and a service life of up to 3-5 years
