The 304, 316L Stainless steel powder sintered sheets form a porous structure through the high-temperature sintering process of metal powder.
High mechanical strength
Compressive strength ≥ 50MPa, withstand high-pressure fluid impact (such as hydraulic system 30MPa working condition)
It has excellent ductility, a flexural strength of up to 300MPa, and is not easy to deform during the installation process
The pores are precise and controllable
Pore size range 0.1–120 μm can be customized with 35–50% porosity
Stacked sintering technology to achieve gradient pores (such as 50 μm coarse filtration on the outer layer and 0.5 μm fine filtration on the inner layer)
