Product Overview
Stainless steel powder sintered filter element with customized fittings Industrial adaptation scenario
Pharmaceutical/food industry
GMP certified 316L material, surface Ra≤ 0.8μm, to prevent particle shedding
Customized quick-release interface to adapt to aseptic piping systems
Chemical filtration system
Resistant to pH 1–14 media, flange interface pressure ≥ 3MPa
After recoil regeneration, the permeability is restored to ≥90%
Pneumatic equipment noise reduction
The conical muffler has an integrated filter element, and the threaded interface is adapted to the cylinder exhaust valve
Installation and maintenance specifications
Sealing control
Before installation, the position of the sealing ring should be checked, and it is strictly forbidden to miss or misplace
The tightening torque of the threaded interface is ≤ 25N·m to prevent seal failure
Stress management
Working pressure: 0.15–0.25MPa (overpressure makes backwashing difficult)
Recoil pressure: stepped pressurization to 0.3MPa, instantaneous pressurization is strictly prohibited
Cleaning and regeneration
1 recoil per shift (10–20 minutes/time);
If the blockage is severe, use ultrasonic or acid/alkali cleaning
