- Abrasion and fatigue resistance: The 316L stainless steel substrate resists fluid erosion and wear. Its pore structure stays intact, even after many cleanings.
- Corrosion resistance: Resists strong acids (pH=2), strong alkalis (pH=12), organic solvents, and high-salt media without releasing metal ions.
- Biological safety certification: The material complies with FDA/GMP standards, with a surface roughness of Ra≤0.8μm and no risk of material residue.
