Multi-layer mesh overlay architecture
It is composed of multiple layers of stainless steel braided wire mesh (usually five layers) stacked in a specific order, including a protective layer, a filter layer, a separation layer and a double-layer support layer structure
Metallurgical bonding between the mesh layers is achieved through vacuum sintering process to form an integrated porous metal material
Microstructural characteristics
The mesh of each layer is staggered to form a uniform and stable rigid filter channel
It overcomes the deformation defects of ordinary wire mesh, and the filtration accuracy range is 1–300μm
