The 316L Stainless Steel Sintered Filter Tube Cartrdge is a high-performance filtration component manufactured through an advanced powder metallurgy sintering technology. Made from premium 316L stainless steel powder, these filter tubes are exceptional corrosion resistant, with high mechanical strength, and temperature stability in demanding industrial environments. The controlled sintering process creates a uniform porous structure with precise filtration ratings from 0.5 to 100 microns.
Regenerative performance
Filter elements that support ultrasonic/high-pressure backwash are preferred, and the filtration efficiency recovery rate needs to be ≥90% after repeated use.
304 stainless steel: suitable for general corrosive media (such as acid-alkali solutions).
316L stainless steel: resistant to chloride ion corrosion (seawater, chemical media), suitable for strong corrosion scenarios.
