Product Overview
Bronze powder sintered sheets are porous materials made by heating bronze alloy powder (typically an alloy of copper, tin, zinc, and other elements) at a temperature below its melting point (approximately 0.7-0.8 times the absolute melting point), allowing atomic migration between particles to form bonds. This material has the following notable characteristics:
High filtration accuracy: The porosity is stable and will not change the pore size due to pressure variations, effectively removing suspended solids and particles.
Good air permeability: Composed of spherical powder, it has high and uniform smooth porosity, low initial resistance, and is easy to regenerate by backflushing.
High mechanical strength: It has good rigidity and plasticity, allows for welding, bonding, and machining, without the need for external skeletal support.
High-temperature and pressure resistance: Can withstand a constant temperature of 300°C and a high-pressure environment of 25 MPa.
Corrosion resistance: It has a natural resistance to elements, maintaining a certain level of corrosion resistance.
