Product Overview
Production process of bronze powder sintered filter Plate/Sheet/Disc:
Preparation process: Mixed copper powder and tin powder→ pre-sintering (300-600°C), →main sintering (500-700°C), → crushing and screening.
Process control: Adjust the particle size and shape of the powder by atomization or ball milling method, and the sintering temperature and time affect the final density and strength.
Applications
Industrial filtration: used for the filtration of hydraulic oil, air, water and other media, such as pneumatic components, silencers, dust removal equipment.
Aerospace materials : as high-temperature resistant components or filter elements.
Other uses: oil-impregnated bearings, flameproof plates, gas distributors, etc.
