Product Overview
How to clean bronze powder sintered filter discs?
Physical cleaning
Backwashing: Reverse water flow (0.4–0.6MPa) to flush the filter with a cycle of 1–4 days, suitable for loose particulate matter.
Ultrasonic cleaning: with neutral cleaning agent, frequency 40kHz, time 5–10 minutes, can remove deep dirt.
Chemical cleaning
Pickling process:
Soak in 5% nitric acid solution for 8 hours (40°C) → rinse with deionized water until neutral →0.4MPa compressed air and blow dry.
After strong acid cleaning, it needs to be thoroughly rinsed to avoid residual corrosion of the filter.
Alkaline washing process :
Diluted soda ash solution soaked for 30-60 minutes→ ultrasound-assisted cleaning → rinsing with pure water.
Stubborn stain treatment
Viscous filter cake: first soften with warm water (40-60°C) for 10 minutes, and then blow back with gas and water (0.6MPa nitrogen pulse).
High hardness deposits: high-pressure pulse blowback (0.6–0.8MPa) mechanical vibration-assisted peeling.
After cleaning, drying and testing
Blow dry with ≥0.4MPa of pure air to avoid moisture residue and bacteria.
Check whether the pores of the filter plate are unobstructed, and the pressure loss exceeds 50% of the initial value and needs to be replaced.
Maintenance recommendations
Establish cleaning records, including time, method and effect evaluation.
Avoid scratching with hard objects such as wire balls to prevent damage to the sintered layer.
