Bronze powder sintered filter element is a porous filter element made by high-temperature sintering process, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and high mechanical strength, and is widely used in the field of industrial filtration and noise reduction:
Industrial filtration
Gas/liquid filtration: used for fuel oil, hydraulic oil, air filtration in petrochemical, automobile, ship and other industries, which can intercept 0.2-100μm particle impurities.
Explosion-proof dust removal: filters pressurized air gas in coal mines, metallurgy and other scenarios, and has the functions of pressure reduction, sound reduction, and oil-water separation.
Noise reduction and sound reduction: As a muffler for pneumatic components (such as cylinders and solenoid valves), it diffuses airflow through the porous structure and reduces high-frequency and low-frequency noise.
The dual functions of sound reduction and air purification are realized in the pressure air self-rescue device.
Special process requirements: for aseptic filtration in the pharmaceutical and food industries (e.g. large infusion, beer brewing).
