1. Core Noise Reduction Mechanism
Sintered bronze silencers, utilizing a microporous structure formed through a sintering process (with a pore size range of 1–100 μm), repeatedly refract and reflect sound waves. In the pores, they absorb sound energy and convert it into heat. This process helps reduce noise across a wide range, with up to 20 dB of reduction in mid- to high-frequency regions.
Our sintered bronze silencers incorporate three noise-reduction mechanisms to stabilize airflow and eliminate complex noise:
- Absorption: dissipating energy through the frictional action of porous materials.
- Interference: achieving destructive cancellation through the mutual interference of sound waves.
- Damping: reducing noise by suppressing vibration amplitude.
2. Silent Pneumatic Systems

3. Explosion-Proof Safety Protection
Copper-based materials naturally resist flames, reducing the risk of explosions in areas with flammable gases. This property makes them ideal for explosion-proof equipment used in the chemical and mining industries.

Cleans compressed air by removing oil, water, and dust, with precision from 1 to 100 μm. This reduces air contamination and increases equipment lifespan.
