Product Overview
Bronze powder sintered flat head muffler is a kind of pneumatic component designed based on the acoustic principle of porous materials, mainly used in industrial equipment exhaust system noise reduction, its core role and working principle are as follows:
Noise reduction and sound reduction
The microporous structure formed by internal copper powder sintering (typically 1-120 microns in aperture) allows the high-speed airflow to generate multiple reflections, interference, and energy absorption during discharge, reducing exhaust noise to safety standards (such as OSHA limits). For example, the loud noise of the pneumatic valve exhaust port (up to 120 dB) is significantly reduced by its treatment.
Pollution protection
The sintered microporous structure has both filtration function, which can block oil, moisture and particulate impurities in the air from entering pneumatic components (such as solenoid valves, cylinders) and avoid blockage or wear caused by pollution of equipment.
Stable airflow adjustment
Optimize the exhaust airflow path, avoid turbulence generated secondary noise, and maintain stable air pressure, suitable for pneumatic systems with a working pressure ≤ 10 kg.
