Product Overview
Polyethylene sintered filter cartridges in the pharmaceutical industry primarily rely on their uniform microporous structure (0.5-60 microns) for physical interception, effectively removing particulates, bacteria, and impurities from pharmaceutical liquids. Their resistance to acids and bases, high temperature tolerance (≤80℃), and non-toxic, tasteless properties make them particularly suitable for pharmaceutical processes with extremely high hygiene requirements.
Large-volume infusion filtration: The liquid passes through the filter cartridge under pressure, where its microporous structure precisely traps suspended particles and microorganisms, ensuring the sterility and clarity of the infusion.
Antibiotic fermentation broth filtration: Fermentation broth filtered through the cartridge can effectively separate mycelium, proteins, and other solid impurities, producing a clear fermentation broth that facilitates subsequent extraction and purification.
Pharmaceutical liquid clarification: Used for the filtration of oral liquids, traditional Chinese medicine extracts, and others to remove fine particles and colloidal substances, improving the clarity and stability of the pharmaceutical liquid.
The filter cartridge has a smooth surface, supports backflushing regeneration, can be reused, and reduces production costs.
