The polyethylene polypropylene plastic sintered filter element is a high-performance filtering component, widely used in various fields such as industry, medicine, and food and beverages. It is primarily made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) or polypropylene (PP) through a high-temperature sintering process, with the following notable characteristics:
Material properties: Compact structure, lightweight (density 0.91-0.93g/cm³), non-toxic and tasteless, complies with GMP and FDA standards.
Chemical resistance: Resistant to strong acids, strong bases, salts, and most organic solvents, with a wide chemical compatibility.
Filtration performance: Uniform pore size distribution, filtration precision reaching 0.3 microns (gas-solid filtration) and 0.45 microns (liquid-solid filtration), with a filtration rate of 99.9%.
Temperature range: Operating temperature from 0-80℃, with the operating pressure difference decreasing from 6 bar to 4 bar as temperature increases.
