Product Overview
Polyethylene polymer powder sintered filter elements offer a high cost-performance ratio and are suitable for water treatment, industrial dust removal, pharmaceuticals, and other fields. They feature a compact structure and large filtration area (for example, a wave-shaped design can triple the surface area). They have excellent chemical stability, resistant to strong acids, strong bases, and organic solvent corrosion. Their performance below 80°C is comparable to polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), making them suitable for corrosive environments such as chemical and electroplating applications. They remain stable in seawater, detergents, and other media and meet food-grade safety standards (such as FDA certification).
Application Areas:
Chemical Industry: Used for filtering corrosive media like electroplating solutions, chemical agents, and oil mist separation.
Water Treatment: For fluoride removal, wastewater filtration, and high-purity water treatment, such as water systems in nuclear power plants.
Medical Equipment: Precision filtration for beauty devices, oxygen dispersers, and medical consumables.
Industrial Dust Removal: Sintered board filter elements for dust collection, such as in workshop dust collectors.
