Product Overview
Our stainless steel pneumatic exhaust muffler uses 316L/304 stainless steel powder as the raw material and is a noise-reduction device manufactured through pressing and sintering. It combines precision filtration and sound wave attenuation. Its core features are as follows:
- Conical porous structure: The stainless steel pneumatic exhaust muffler consists of a conical outer shell and an internal porous sintered filter element. It achieves broadband noise reduction (20–55 dB) by reflecting sound waves through changes in acoustic impedance.
- Porosity: 40–60%, with an adjustable pore size range of 0.2–120μm. It converts sound energy into heat energy for heat dissipation during airflow.
- Material: The main material of the stainless steel pneumatic exhaust muffler is 316L stainless steel (containing 2-3.5% molybdenum), which is resistant to chloride ion corrosion; while 304 material is suitable for general working conditions.
- One-piece molding: Powder is cold-pressed (100–800MPa) and then vacuum sintered (1150–1450℃), eliminating the risk of weld seam leakage.
