Basic noise reduction function
Through the internal thread structure and short channel design, the turbulent noise during high-pressure gas discharge is preliminarily attenuated, especially suitable for the suppression of medium and high frequency noise.
Space adaptability
The flat-head design makes it significantly smaller than the long-head muffler (usually only 1/3-1/2 the length), making it particularly suitable for installation space-constrained scenarios, such as compact solenoid valves or automation equipment.
Materials & Durability The mainstream products are made of all-copper or stainless steel, and the working pressure generally does not exceed 10 kg, which has both corrosion resistance and basic compression resistance. Some models are treated with surface coating to improve high temperature adaptability.
Economy and versatility
As a standardized pneumatic component, the price of flat head mufflers is usually 30%-50% lower than that of long head models, and is available in a variety of specifications from M5 to 2 inches to meet the needs of different pipe diameters.
